Specially designed online programs offered by Ujamaa Initiative for Black Entrepreneurship (UIBE) and the Desta Black Youth Network (DBYN) delivered by Community Service Initiative (CSI) at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
A LOOK INSIDE THE COURSES
The Business Readiness Bootcamps provide training for startups, assistance for businesses that have been in operation for at least one year, and support for enterprises seeking to reapply for a loan.
FOR EVERY STEP OF THE JOURNEY

For Black entrepreneurs of new startups with an engaging entrepreneurial mindset, this training enables the participant to develop their business plan, find the required financing and successfully set up and manage their business.

These are specialized workshops which provide customized training for entrepreneurs and business owners that have been in business a minimum of one year and who are seeking to grow and scale up.
LOAN AFTER-CARE PROGRAM
In addition to the Business readiness bootcamps, UIBE offers a Loan after-care Program. It offers technical support and business counselling for Black entrepreneurs and business owners that have applied unsuccessfully for a FACE loan and who need assistance to improve their business plans, and/or provide missing information to reapply.
